After about a zillion knots I’ve finished my Stitch quilt. I’ve loved playing with Betz White’s first line with Robert Kaufman. And the best part is that Bee loves it too…

I love that it is vibrant without being overwhelming, colorful but tempered, a bit wild without being garish.

I thought about going really modern with it, but in the end I really felt like paying homage to a 1970s patchwork feel (which, of course, I adore)…

And now it is ready for to spend some time in the guest bedroom, just in time for our dear friend Zubair to come visit… Yay!!!

Oh, and remind me to never tie another bed quilt, at least until the next time I do it…

Hugs,
T

Beautiful! I may have to come visit so I can have the honor of being a guest in that room. I’m so glad you and the Bee love Stitch!
You’re always welcome here… And Bee would totally fall in love with you!!!
It came out great! I know you must have had sore fingers, but it looks like it was worth it.
That is one happy quilt!
Our best to Zubair! AND Congratulations on his tenure!
That is beautiful! I love that it is tied.
It looks awesome. Love all of that color and Bee is adorable!
