Not as much sewing going on right now as there ought to be; I’ve been seriously caught up in a bazillion design projects on good old Captain Laptop. Nothing to show just yet, but progress is being made, I tell you, or at least that is what I keep telling myself. (It isn’t a lie if it could possible be true, is it?)
In the meantime, Little One has been learning all about repurposing. The handy-dandy, snap-on car seat strap covers that her dear Mama made last year have now become portable sleeves, perfect for getting into a cool house on a warm day (yep, it is right warm where we are right now). She’s rather clever that way.
I have a feeling I’m going to be making a few of these when strike-offs finally arrive, perhaps lined with a bit fo cozy flannel and maybe even some gratuitous lacy bits. I can just see Little One now. Yay!
