Okay, here is the rundown.
I’ve just sent two quilts off to two different quilters, and another one is coming back from my favorite quilter tomorrow. I need to quickly bind that quilt (it’s a queen) so I can photograph it and submit it to this before the deadline.
Also arriving tomorrow are the production proofs for Savanna Bop, even as Flock is still just getting ready to hit shops. I have a feeling there may be a couple of tweaks still needed for Savanna Bop.
Meanwhile I have my Washi quilt underway, but I seem to have made a minor miscalculation and seem to be shy a bunch of 2.5″ squares. So, I’ve ordered more and will await the arrival of the reinforcements. So while I wait for that I’m pounding away at a quilt with Betz White’s Stitch.
Of course all of that will have to be shoved to the side when one of the quilts that just went out gets back so I can get that to where it needs to be for its March 15th deadline. And don’t even get me started on the patterns that need writing, the emails and phone calls that need making, the trunk shows and talks that need arranging, and fact that I really ought to start sketching that next collection…

That last picture made me seriously giggle. How perfect to describe things. I’m not sure that it will ever slow down for you because you’re such a rockstar, but surely you’ll find bits of time here and there to take a breather and relax a little. Just remember that we all love that you keep so busy because then we have more eye candy!
