First off I gotta make a quick shout out of love to the wonderful Kim who just sent along the amazing pillow cover (see above) she made as part of the Jellybean-a-thon. It has yet to make it onto a pillow, but Baby Rabbit just loves hanging out on it as is. Soon it will cover a pillow and end up in Bee’s room; she is excited to sit upon with books and learn to read. Yay books and giant pillows and Kim!!! Love, love, love!!!
And then there he is on the first quilt I made for him, another of my X variations that I am calling “Stay the Eff Here.” At this point he does, but I know that is gonna change. For now, though he is content to chill and chew on a giraffe…
He also likes this big X that just came out for Bee to take for Show and tell this week: it’s X week at the JCC pre-K…
And one more pic to assure everyone that Baby Rabbit is not in fact universally calm. He does in fact get spitting mad. It wouldn’t be a blog post from me if I didn’t go a little deeper into things; I mean seriously, I’d totally lose my street cred if I pretended everything was simple all of the time…
Luckily simple doesn’t matter; awesome does. And Baby Rabbit is turning out to be every bit as awesome as his big sister. Yay awesome!!!
